About the Role:

As Production Manager, you will oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with safety standards. Youll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence and collaboration. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise will directly impact the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage production schedules and resources to meet output targets and deadlines.
  • Managing Team Managers
  • Uphold and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Focus on Food safety and quality, adhering to company and industry policies and procedures
  • Lead and motivate production teams to achieve KPIs, quality benchmarks, and operational efficiency.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement innovative solutions.

About you:

  • Proven experience in a Production Manager or similar role within the FMCG sector (food industry preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and a track record of implementing safety best practices.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive problem-solver with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • HACCP qualified
