HR Advisor - Northampton - up to 35,000 + Benefits - Ref 1858
I am currently recruiting for a HR Advisor to work for an engineering manufacturing organisation based in the Northamptonshire. Salary up to 35,000 + Benefits.
The successful candidate will actively support managers and employees in all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including employee engagement, performance management, absence management, onboarding, discipline, and grievance.
This is an operational hands-on role, so you will need to have experience in all areas of HR operations and be able to support organisational change, manage HR systems/data, and produce HR reports.
Essential Requirements:
- Experience in a generalist HR role
- CIPD-qualified or part-qualified
- Understanding of current employment law, HR policy, practice and procedures
- Proficient with MS Office
