Supervisor

Great opportunity to work as a Supervisor for our client's busy frozen foods logistics site.

Staffline is recruiting a Supervisor in Daventry.

The rate of pay is:
- Days £16.09 per hour
- Night £19.81 per hour

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, 4 on 4 off, the hours of work are:
- 7am to 7pm
- 7pm to 7am

Your Time at Work

As a Frozen Foods Supervisor at Tesco, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient operation of the frozen foods section.

This involves managing stock levels, ensuring product availability, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in line with food safety regulations. Key duties will include:

- Having knowledge in Excel spreadsheets.
- Monitoring stock levels, coordinating with suppliers, and managing deliveries.
- Team Leadership: Supervising and motivating staff, scheduling shifts, providing training, and ensuring the team meets performance targets and customer service standards.
- Customer Service: Assisting clients with all inquiries.
- Health & Safety Compliance: Ensuring all colleagues meet all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Pallets operation: Analyzing Pallets stocks and data, and monitoring the performance of FLT drivers

Basic numeracy along with a communicative level of English are essential for this role.

Applicants must have previous leadership experience.
