The Job.....
This is a Restaurant Managers position in a Fine Dine Restaurant, on the outskirts of Crickowell. Maintaining 5 star standards and customer service in this friendly run operation. This is a managers position so you need to be able to manage a team, be super customer focused, and have an extraordinary eye for detail as a Restaurant Manager. Have good wine & sommelier experience to be able to upsell to the pallet of your regular patrons.
The Person specification...
- Previous experience in Restaurant management is essential
- Particular attention to detail skills with an eye for excellence
- Be able to manage a small team for maximum effectiveness
- A strong work ethic and take pride in delivering a 5 star service
- Own transport is probably required as public transport is limited
- Have worked in a rosetted restaurant in a management capacity
- Have Sommelier qualifications & experience
