Meraki Talent are delighted to be working with an established Chartered Accountancy client on the permanent appointment of an Accounts Manager.The RoleQualified by Experience, Part-Qualified, ACCA/ICAS Qualified candidates will be considered.Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of agreed outputs to clients or senior management.Locations: Perth, Crieff, Dundee - remote work will be available after the integration period.The CompanyThe firm places a strong emphasis on investing in its most valuable resources, which has led to the development of a dedicated and highly skilled team of specialists in accountancy, tax, audit, virtual finance, and payroll services.The team is now looking to expand with the addition of an Accounts Manager. Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of annual financial statements, business tax returns, and personal tax filings.
  • Identification and resolution of tax-related issues such as P11D, S455 tax, loss relief, VAT considerations, and Making Tax Digital (MTD) compliance.
  • Review junior team members work.
  • Communicate with clients to gather all necessary information to complete work accurately and within deadlines.
  • Ensure all filing deadlines for accounts and tax returns are met.
