- Eleven Eleven Recruitment is looking for an experienced Painter to work in Cromarty, Scottish Highlands, starting from Monday, February 17th for an initial week on a commercial site.
- The role involves external painting tasks, including painting approximately 60m2 of exterior render and prepping and painting timber soffits, windows, and fascia's totaling around 50m2.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a painter on site, and while a CSCS card is preferred, it is not essential.
- The position offers a payment of £20 per hour under CIS or Umbrella, with payments made after the first week of work.
- Working hours are from 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday, and applicants should be equipped with PPE, brushes, and whites.
The main duties on site are carrying out external painting work with a team of painters from the contractor.
Main Requirements on site:
1. Paint exterior render - Approx 60m2 (scaffold required)
2. Prep & paint all timber soffits, windows and fascia's - Approx 50m2 (scaffold required)
3. Prep & paint all external metalwork Approx 20m2 (scaffold required)
4. Paint door stands to garage 1 X 5 X 5 Post
5. Point, prep 25% & paint 100% exterior boundary walls Approx 200m2
6. Remove all weeds from exterior grounds Use of strimmer & weedkiller
7. Refresh paintwork on the timber doors of garage
8. Prep & Paint all external walls post rendering remedial works- Approx 200m2 of surface
Payments:
20ph CIS payment or Umbrella
Payment made after working 1 week in hand
8 hours paid per day
Working Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Friday
Minimum Requirements:
- PPE
- Brushes & Whites
- Minimum 3 years experience as a painter working on site
- CSCS Preferred but not essential
