The Programme Support Officer is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Collaborative’s EPR Programme office, with responsibility for ensuring an assigned Workstream project delivery is effectively monitored and reported through the governance processes using the agreed governance. This will include reporting and tracking of milestones for all programmes and projects ongoing within the Collaborative ensuring updates are received from all owners and chasing if required. This role is responsible for ensuring correct reporting risks and issues, decisions and effective escalation processes across the assigned Workstream, ensuring accuracy and correctness and challenging where appropriate. The role takes responsibility to ensure effective creation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the assigned Workstream processes, procedures and tools. The role has responsibility for ensuring Quality Assurance on assigned Workstream documentation. The 7 Workstreams identified are:

  4. Design, Build, Test
  5. Programme Management Office
  6. Technical
  7. Transformation & Adoption
