IVM Ltd is a dynamic and innovative company, dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to our clients. We are looking for a motivated Data Apprentice to join our team and support our data operations, focusing on our core system, EMAX.

Role Overview:

As a Data Apprentice (Level 3) at IVM Ltd, you will play a key role in supporting our data management processes using our EMAX system. This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience, enabling you to learn and develop essential data handling, analysis, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining and updating data within the EMAX system, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
  • Support data analysis and reporting activities to help drive business insights.
  • Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring data consistency.
  • Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Learn to create and maintain data dashboards, providing visibility into key metrics.
  • Assist with data migration projects and support the implementation of new features in EMAX.
  • Provide basic technical support and training to users of the EMAX system.

Requirements:

  • Passion for working with data and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new tools and systems.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data analysis concepts.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • A genuine interest in building a career in data and technology.

Entry Requirements:

  • 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
  • GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
  • Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.
