Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Act as a customer-facing representative, addressing and resolving client issues.
- Identify and implement corrective actions to improve product quality.
- Utilise Faro Arm technology for precision measurements and quality checks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of manufacturing excellence.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in quality assurance within the heavy manufacturing sector is desirable.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with clients professionally.
- Problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with Faro Arm technology is advantageous.
- Strong character with the ability to handle customer-facing roles confidently.
