A leading manufacturing business with an unrivalled reputation is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to provide a comprehensive, operationally focussed, generalist HR service to a diverse workforce of c500 colleagues.
Reporting into the HR Manager this role will have 3x direct reports, providing a point of escalation to deal with more complex HR issues. The role will be generalist in nature, involved in all aspects of the HR lifecycle, and as such, you will be a true generalist in order to be considered for this role underpinned with extensive ER knowledge and experience.
This is an incredibly fast paced business and there is a need to be able to work at pace, dealing with multiple issues and projects at any given time. Due to the nature of the business, an on site presence is required 5 days a week and there is no option of hybrid working.
To be considered for this role you will be:
A generalist HR professional having worked in the capacity of Senio/ HR Advisor.
Experienced in having worked within a blue collar manufacturing environment.
Happy to commit to working on site 5 days a week.
Team Management experience is desirable.
Ability to deal with project work including internal communications across the site.
