- Ensuring the precision and quality of the produced accounts, conducting reviews, and providing constructive feedback to outsourced teams.
- Acting as the primary contact for clients, offering expert advice, building rapport, and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Ensuring the prompt delivery of finalised accounts and tax returns, adhering to all deadlines and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in preparing accounts for small companies, corporate tax filings, sole trader accounts, and self-assessment tax returns.
- Experience in managing or overseeing outsourced teams or workflows, with excellent organisational abilities.
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building client trust and delivering clear, concise guidance.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, accounting standards, and tax regulations.
- Competence with cloud-based accounting software (ideally Xero) and flexibility to adapt to various platforms.
- Meticulous, proactive, and capable of working independently to deliver top-notch service.
