- Oversee and coordinate outsourced teams in preparing client accounts, CT600s, sole trader accounts, and self-assessment tax returns.Â
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of accounts produced, conducting reviews and providing feedback to outsourced teams.Â
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, offering guidance, building rapport, and maintaining strong client relationships.Â
- Ensure timely delivery of completed accounts and tax returns, meeting all deadlines and compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in preparing small company accounts, corporation tax returns, sole trader accounts, and self assessment tax returns.Â
- Experience managing or overseeing outsourced teams or processes, with strong organisational skills.Â
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build client trust and provide clear, concise advice.
- Â Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP, accounting standards, and tax requirements.Â
- Proficiency with cloud accounting software (ideally Xero) and adaptability to various systems.Â
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently to deliver high-quality service.
