- Provide high-level PA/EA support to Goudhurst and senior team members.
- Assist in drafting templated legal documents.
- Support client onboarding, including ID verification and compliance checks.
- Handle front-of-house duties such as answering phones, managing meetings, and scanning post.
- Take on additional office management and administrative duties, such as billing, insurance renewals, setting up client bank payments, and assisting with client issues.
- Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
- Proven experience as a PA in a professional services environment (law firm or accountancy firm experience preferred).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Outstanding spoken and written communication skills.
- Comfortable supporting client onboarding processes, including ID verification.
- Willingness to assist with general office management tasks.
- Flexible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Predominantly office-based, but with flexibility to work from home when no client meetings are scheduled.
- Must live within driving distance of their Kent office for initial training and occasional team anchor days.
- Competitive salary up to £45,000 DOE
