Head Chef - Day time hours - leisure - £38,000 PA
A popular independent leisure site is seeking to appoint a head chef to join and lead a brigade of fantastic chefs and continue the sites reputation for catering excellence!
Key Info:
Salary: £16.25p/h ( £38,000 per annum)
Hours: Permanent, Full time - 5 days a week(weekend work required on rota basis )
Location: Crowborough - outskirts
Working hours : 8am-4pm ( 7am-5pm), 45 hours a week ( head chef responsible for rota)

Responsibilities:
Preparing, cooking and presenting quality dishes
Assisting the in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
Preparing meat
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
Monitoring portion and waste control
Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills
