The Role

An independent family-owned company that produces quality hand-crafted art for the interior design sector globally. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the business.

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and initiatives to drive brand awareness, attract new business and grow existing spend. They will also assist client retention and contribute to the overall success and profile of the business as the leading supplier in the sector.

Reporting to the MD, the Marketing Manager is supported by the , works closely with the Head of Client Success, and across all areas of the business to create, manage and monitor campaigns that resonate with both current and future clients and markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development: Working with the owners and the MD to create a strategic Marketing roadmap, based on relevant Market Research, that aligns with the overall values and objectives of the business.
  • Brand Management: Working across the business, to develop, implement, manage and advocate the brand image and identity, and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all assets and platforms.
  • Campaign Management: To plan, implement and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns together with other internal (and external?) teams and undertake on-going analysis of performance for continual improvement.
  • Digital Marketing: Be responsible for the development, management and optimisation of all on-line and digital marketing strategies and campaigns, including SEO, SEM, Social Media and Emails, and show a real interest in current technological developments, including AI.
  • Lead Generation: Using a growth marketing approach, identify and develop potential clients using various strategies to generate leads for referral to the Sales Teams.
  • Copy Writing: Create content for campaigns, the website, e-shots, social media and other external facing communication and collateral.
  • Analysis and Reports: To continually monitor and analyse campaign data and metrics to measure success, plan future campaigns and provide the Management Team with relevant reports.
  • Public Relations: Build positive relationships with industry contacts and clients and act as an Ambassador for the business at selected events, shows and other activities.

Experience:

The successful candidate will have extensive Marketing experience in a similar role, ideally within the luxury sector. They will have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, and keep up to date with marketing trends, innovations and changing customer behaviour. They will enjoy working closely with other teams in a collaborative environment and have a real interest in interiors or art.
