Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant Wanted for School in Crowborough

Engage Education is partnering with a Complex Needs provision in Crowborough that provides support to children aged 5 to 16 with language challenges. If you're caring, patient, and eager to join a supportive SEND school environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Our school promotes a total communication approach, utilising diverse strategies to help students develop their communication skills. All staff, including those in non-child facing roles, receive training in sign-supported English.

  • Ability to build meaningful professional relationships with students.
  • Support for non-verbal children and those facing communication challenges.
