Your responsibilities will include:
- Working closely with the business and academic leaders in the schools
- Maintaining a brand new school site
- Leading the premises team on a day to day basis and delegating tasks
- Overseeing the work of contractors
- Improving schools sites in a cost effective manner
Requirements for the position include:
* DBS - In date, with no reprimands which prohibit working with children
* Relevant qualifications - Ideally you will have qualifications in Heath & Safety
* Project management experience
* You will have strong knowledge of IT
* Strong commitment and a positive attitude to the role and objectives
