About the Role: In this rewarding full-time position (8:30am - 3.30pm), you will play a crucial role in supporting a young adult (16+) with various learning needs, including communication barriers and some challenging behaviours. Your mission will be to foster their development through personalised support, creating a positive and encouraging environment.
