- Rikama Education is seeking passionate teaching assistants for SEN and mainstream schools in West Kent and East Sussex.
- Candidates should have at least 6 months of classroom support experience and a background in working with children and young adults.
- Experience with special educational needs, particularly ASD, Downs Syndrome, PMLD, SEMH, or sensory needs, is essential.
- Successful applicants will receive a dedicated consultant, training, and the possibility of a long-term contract that may lead to permanent employment.

The schools that we partner with cater for students aged between 4 and 19 so experience of working with children and young adults is essential.
Ideally you will have experience of working as a SEN Teaching Assistant with students and supporting a range of additional needs. In particular we are looking for applicants that are experienced in working with ASD, Autism, Downs Syndrome, PMLD, SEMH or sensory needs
The right candidate will have:
- Extended knowledge of SEN
- Experience of working on a 1:1 and small group basis
- 6 Months + of classroom support experience
- A strong work ethic
- A kind hearted nature!
