Are you an experienced Town Planner looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join a team as a Senior Town Planner in Crowborough.

Key Responsibilities
路Lead and manage the planning process, overseeing the development and execution of planning strategies.
路Provide expert advice on planning policies, regulations, and compliance.
路Manage and mentor junior members of the planning team.
路Prepare and submit complex planning applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
路Engage with stakeholders, including local authorities and community groups.

Requirements
路Significant experience as a Town Planner, preferably at a senior level.
路In-depth knowledge of planning policies, regulations, and procedures.
路Strong project management and leadership skills.
路Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
路Membership of a relevant professional body (RTPI or equivalent).
