Responsibilities:In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with both senior and junior Fee Earners on impactful projects spanning multiple industries. Your tasks will include:

Leading corporate transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings
Assisting with private equity deals and corporate governance
Formulating joint ventures and negotiating shareholder agreements
Drafting and managing commercial contracts, including distribution and agency arrangements
Supporting corporate restructuring and advising on insolvency acquisitions
Handling intricate IT, licensing, and intellectual property agreements
Creating bespoke agreements tailored to client requirements
