Responsibilities:In this crucial role, you will collaborate closely with both senior and junior Fee Earners on impactful projects spanning multiple industries. Your tasks will include:
  • Leading corporate transactions, such as acquisitions, disposals, and restructurings
  • Assisting with private equity deals and corporate governance
  • Formulating joint ventures and negotiating shareholder agreements
  • Drafting and managing commercial contracts, including distribution and agency arrangements
  • Supporting corporate restructuring and advising on insolvency acquisitions
  • Handling intricate IT, licensing, and intellectual property agreements
  • Creating bespoke agreements tailored to client requirements
