We are seeking an experienced Senior Registered Nurse for a luxury surgical centre in Crowborough.

Responsibilities:

Provide clinical expertise and support to patients on a specialist OrthopaedicWard
Collaborate closely with a dedicated nursing team
Mentor and assist Registered Nurses and Healthcare Assistants

Required qualifications & skillset:

Registered General Nurse (RGN) / NMC registered with orthopaedic experience
Passionate, approachable, and committed to upholding centre's outstanding reputation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to develop team members
Proactive and dedicated to ongoing learning and growth
