We are seeking a passionate and caring Primary Teaching Assistant to join our team in the Crowborough area. You will help support Teachers in delivering their lessons and providing a calm and nurturing environment for the students to learn and grow.

Your Key responsibilities:

Support students in and out of the classroom and to help towards their academic development.
Assist with classroom activities.
Assist a full class, small groups or in a 1:1 setting with students to ensure they have added support.
Be a role model and someone that students can trust and feel comfortable around.

Requirements:

Have a passion for working with children.
Be a team player with great communication skills.
Basic GCSE passes.
