A vibrant, inclusive school in Crowborough are seeking compassionate and committed Learning Support Assistants to join their team.

About the Role: In this role, you'll provide essential support to students with a range of needs, including moderate, severe, or profound learning difficulties, as well as additional physical or sensory impairments such as autism. You will collaborate closely with experienced teaching staff to deliver tailored support, ensuring each child receives the attention and guidance they need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist students with their learning, both in the classroom and on a one-on-one basis.
  • Support classroom management and foster a positive, inclusive environment.
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to monitor and track student progress.

What we are looking for:

  • A genuine passion for working with children with special educational needs.
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the unique needs of each student.
  • Previous experience in a support role or with children is preferred but not essential.
