Head Chef Modern British Gastro Berkshire 70k OTE

Salary up to £60,000 per year plus 10k performance bonus

48-hour week over 5 days

The kitchen team prepares all menu items in-house, including weekly whole-animal butchery from top rare-breed farmers and fresh, daily caught fish.

Experience:

A reliable and solid Head chef with a strong command of all aspects of cookery, dedicated to maintaining exceptional standards with patience, passion, and professionalism.

Longevity in previous roles and cooking to 2AA rosette standards

Responsibilities include ordering, stock control, Kitchen financials, mise en place, team development, and kitchen leadership.

Ensure the smooth operation of the kitchen, fostering open communication, and sharing culinary knowledge with the team.
