Im seeking a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join this fresh food kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in delivering an exceptional menu and managing the kitchen operations.
The Offer:
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 per year (48-hour week, 5 days) all inclusive

The Role:
Join an 8-person brigade serving seasonal British cuisine with a focus on fresh, high-quality ingredients
Work in a structured, professional kitchen, managing food standards, team leadership, and kitchen logistics
Help craft a menu that balances classic favourites with adventurous dishes, following an aggressively British seasonal approach
Be hands-on with nose-to-tail cooking, whole carcass butchery, and daily fresh fish preparation
What Were Looking For:
Experienced Sous Chef with a passion for fresh food and high standards
A strong leader with expertise in ordering, stock control, mise en place, and team development
A chef who thrives on consistency, professionalism, and collaboration
Must have the legal right to work in the UK
Must be within commutable distance and with own transport
