Our client is a renowed, multi award winning salon based in the heart of Berkshire. They are currently looking to recruit an experienced hairdresser/stylist to join their successful team. We are ideall looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience and a drive to grow,

Hairdresser Responsibilities:

  • Talk with clients to assess their haircare goals
  • Provide hairstyling recommendations and advice to clients who ask for it
  • Cut, colour, wash, and style clients’ hair
  • Clean and sterilize the hair care tools that you use between each client you see
  • Use a wide variety of hair care products to help clients achieve their desired appearance
  • Offer your clients advice on how to take care of the hairstyle that you give to them
  • Help us sell the products and tools that we use to your clients
  • Complete administrative tasks around the shop, such as cleaning and scheduling tasks

Hairdresser Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualified or as a minimum NVQ2 with a desire to take the3.
  • Engaging personality
  • Positive 'can do’ attitude
  • Ability to deliver a wide variety of hairstyles to clients
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends in hair care and style
  • Perfectionist
  • Ambitious
  • Must be able to work alone or as part of a team.
