360 Recruitment Consultant

We are a Private Care Agency seeking a dynamic and results-driven 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team recruiting healthcare professionals on a day-to-day basis. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy building long-lasting relationships, and are looking for a career that offers growth then we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

Business Development: Develop a candidate base of Carers and Nurses

Candidate Management: Find candidates using CV searches, LinkedIn, and proactive strategies, understanding their motivations and drivers to ensure successful placements

Results-Driven: Meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced environment, with a clear path to promotion based on performance

Your role will involve a large amount of high importance administration, you MUST be outstanding with admin and organisation

Working directly with the Business Development Manager liaising within a team of 10-15 staff members on a day-to-day basis ensuring their recruitment needs are met

Demonstrate a positive and confident approach on the phone

Remain calm under pressure

Full time position 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday

Office Based


Requirements:

Proven success in sales, with a track record of meeting and exceeding expectations

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

A confident and proactive approach to building relationships

Resilience, self-motivation, and a competitive edge to thrive in a fast-paced environment

We require candidates with a positive attitude who can contribute to maintaining a supportive and productive team environment to fit in with a dynamic and experienced team

A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and values the contributions of their colleagues

Previous experience as a 360-recruitment consultant preferred
