We are recruiting for an Office Procurement Administrator to join a well-established company based in Watford. You will be offered the opportunity to build a fantastic career within a leading global company.
You will have a very versatile role where you will be connecting with Suppliers negotiating contracts and costs/rates where needed. This role will connect with almost every department internally and externally and so you will be a very prominent figure in the business!
This role is offering a salary of up to £35k with fantastic benefits and excellent training and development programmes.
What’s in it for you:

·        Hours – Mon-Fri 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm, hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:
·        Procurement managing of suppliers, obtaining credit checks and due diligence – part of onboarding suppliers / renewing existing and reviews.
·        Onboarding and maintaining all outsource and cloud-based suppliers and following the steps and processes through to approval.
·        Cover for other roles where required in Workplace Management
·        Tendering suppliers and monitoring performance
·        Keeping relevant procurement systems updated with all documents.
·        Ordering for the business where required.
·        Negotiating with suppliers for the best deal
·        Working closely with Finance where required.
·        Working closely with the team to update when orders are coming in and where they need to go.
·        Keeping the supplier owner updated at all stages of the Procurement process.
·        Manning the team phone line as well as the company reception line, transferring callers, or taking messages as required.
·        Procurement Inbox management
·        Event Management for company events when required and as needed.
