Position: Home Manager
Location: Hardwick, St Neots
Salary: 50,000 - 60,000 per annum (depending on experience) + Excellent Manager benefits!
Hours: 40 hours per week, Supernumerary hours

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and supervise daily operations of the home
- Provide clinical governance
- Ensure compliance with CQC requirements and NMC code of conduct
- Motivate and train staff
- Manage budgets and conduct audits
Requirements:
- Active NMC Pin
- Experience in nursing home management
- Mental health experience (preferred)
