Working at a busy exam centre in central Croydon The centre is very  busy and operates seven days a week.  They are particuilarly busy on Wednesdays and at weekends when they tend to need help from temporary workers. This would suit a student or somebody who only wants casual work with no long term committment On the job training will be given  You will ideally live in or close to Croydon and happy to work half day shifts (4 hours),  as well as full days. You will be working as a Steward and duties will involve:  

  • Meeting and greeting candidates as they arrive for their exam
  • Escorting them through the exam centre
  • Ensuring they arrive at designated exam room at the right time
  • Adhering to social distancing at all times 
 About you
  • experienced in a customer service roles such as hospitality or retail
  • have excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people 
  • excellent time management skills
  • flexible with avialability
  • ability to interact with people from a wide range of backgrounds 
  • comfortbale working in a face to face customer environment
