Are you a lead nurse at the top of your game looking for a new challenge? Our client is looking for a Regional Lead Nurse (Tracheostomy Experienced) in the South London area to work full-time at 37.5 hours per week on a salary of 55k.

As the Regional Lead Nurse (Tracheostomy Experienced) you would be responsible for ensuring the clinical success of the firm within a defined region - South London.

Reporting to the Director of Nursing and working in close partnership with the Regional Care Manager, you will lead the Nurse Case Managers within the region and be responsible for the achievement of service delivery and growth, and client, carer and commissioner satisfaction in line with agreed quality objectives.

Working closely with the Regional Care Manager, you will have a key role in driving business growth and creating, building on collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders.

Your skills and qualifications:
You must be qualified to level 6 or 7 and be within commutable distance to South London. You should have clinical or nursing management experience with excellent customer service and communication skills. A working knowledge of regulatory requirements is also a must. You'll have experience managing and inspiring a nursing team alongside excellent planning, organisational skills, and the mindset to be calm and considered under pressure.
