We are working with a full-service marketing and creative agency who are seeking an Account Manager, with agency side experience, to join their marketing team, providing campaign planning, implementation and strategic marketing advice.

Their core market is B2B and the successful candidate will be working across existing client accounts. Whilst this role is primarily focussed on the delivery of client work, you will also support the directors with pitches, new business meetings and the marketing of the company.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing key accounts to ensure that campaigns are developed and delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard
  • Copywriting and delivering content marketing campaigns across digital media
  • Setting up and promoting webinars, events, podcasts etc
  • Working with the directors to develop marketing strategies for clients

The ideal Account Manager will have excellent client service and account management skills gained in an agency environment with B2B clients. You will also have:

  • Strong knowledge of various marketing channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, and advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Exceptional organisational and project management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
