Croydon (Hybrid working, 2 days office / 3 days remote)
20 hours a week (Mon-Fri, 4 hours a day)
£17.54 per hour PAYE

Duties
- To provide admin support to the Customer Insight Team
- To ensure accurate and effective record keeping
- To manage conflicting responsivities in set time scales
- To manage multiple inboxes to ensure a response can be provided
- To work with internal teams to ensure a complaint response can be delivered
