Senior Auto Electrician Responsibilities:
We have an immediate requirement for a Senior Auto Electrician on a temp to perm basis, you will play a key role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the electrical systems of our vehicles are installed and maintained to the highest standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Electrical Installation: Install and integrate electrical systems into vehicles according to engineering wiring diagrams and specifications.
- Testing: Conduct tests on electrical systems to identify and troubleshoot any issues, ensuring quality and reliability.
- Repair and Maintenance
- Quality: Inspect electrical installations to verify compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including installation procedures, repairs, and maintenance.
- Team: Work closely with engineering and production teams to coordinate all electrical installations and resolve any technical issues that arise.
Auto Electrician Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience: Auto electrician with 3 years’ experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic tools.
- Attention to Detail: High-quality workmanship.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
- Team Player: Have excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to work effectively within a busy team environment.
- Certifications: Relevant qualifications in auto electrical engineering are desirable.
- 45 Hour Shift Monday - Friday
