Key Responsibilities:
- Installing high-quality wet rooms, including tiling, and plumbing, to a professional standard.
- Undertaking all aspects of wet room installations, such as preparing subfloors, creating adequate drainage systems, and ensuring leak-proof finishes.
- Identifying and solving technical challenges on-site efficiently.
- Managing projects to meet deadlines and client expectations.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations while on-site.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive company reputation.
Required Trade Skills and Qualifications:
- Tiling: Expertise in wall and floor tiling, including working with different materials such as ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone.
- Plumbing: Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, including installing and connecting showers, basins, and other bathroom fittings.
- Carpentry: Basic carpentry skills for tasks such as installing shower trays, panels, and accessories.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with reading technical drawings and interpreting installation plans.
- Health & Safety: Understanding of health and safety standards related to wet room installations.
- Proven experience in wet room fitting, with a portfolio or references to demonstrate your work.
- A valid UK driving license is essential.
