Our client is seeking a Commercial Exterior Building Cleaner who will play a crucial role in maintaining their exceptional standards. Your responsibilities will include pressure washing, steam cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, graffiti removal, and working at heights, all performed to the highest standard. This is a physically demanding role that requires dedication and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform various cleaning tasks, including pressure washing, steam cleaning, gutter cleaning, window cleaning, and graffiti removal.- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, meeting company quality and customer service expectations.- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines when completing work.- Provide excellent customer service, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour at all times.- Collaborate effectively with team members, demonstrating flexibility and a strong work ethic.- Demonstrate reliability and punctuality, ensuring great timekeeping for all assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Possess a full driving license (preferred, with no more than 6 points).- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally.- Be a flexible team player, willing to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively with colleagues.- Display a solid work ethic and a willingness to go the extra mile for clients and team members.
Experience of window cleaning: 1 year required

Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 17:00.- Occasional overtime and weekend availability may be required.
