Are you a skilled and dedicated maintenance professional looking for a rewarding role?
We're seeking a motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of 18 and a standard 9-6 working week, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance checks on building systems and equipment
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify areas for improvement
- Assist with general cleaning and upkeep of facilities
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Enhanced DBS check
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance
- Strong understanding of building maintenance practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects
