Sonic Summary

We are seeking a Head Chef for a Golf club located just outside Croydon Town Centre, easily accessible by Tram and Bus routes.
The position involves covering various functions during the festive period, primarily on weekends with varying hours.
Responsibilities include running functions and directing kitchen staff while serving carveries for approximately 80 covers.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and be prepared for potential ad hoc shifts into the new year.

We are recruiting on behalf of a Golf club based just outside of Croydon Town Centre, within easy reach of Transport links including Tram and Bus routes . There is also a large car park for those who drive

The position is for a Head Chef to cover various functions through out the festive period . These will mostly be over the weekend and hours will vary according to the function.

The functions will predominantly be serving carveries for about 80 covers. You must be able to run the function and direct the kitchen and staff as needed .

There will be other opportunities after the Festive period if you are looking for ad hoc shifts into the new year
