We are recruiting for ambitious Trainee Sales Engineers to join our sales team, to work in the South London / South East sales areas. You will be targeting new contractor and consultants customers and managing existing customers, selecting equipment and preparing quotes, customer visits, site surveys and conducting presentations. Your main role will be to promote the companies air conditioning products to DX contractors. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to embark on a successful career with a market-leading business There is potential to progress quite quickly within the company and then onto Area Sales Manager which can be achieved within 2 years. Salary: depending on experience £25,750 - £36,050 plus tiered OTE between £8,000- £16,000 depending on experience.Hours: 8-5pm split 50% home/on the roadCar Allowance of £3,750 or vehicle within price range/criteria Benefits: BUPA following completion of probationPension 3% employer contribution, 5% employee contribution 4 x life assurance Bike to work schemeEmployee assistance programme,25 days holiday increasing to 30 after 5 years service.
