The Role

As a Senior Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through sponsorship sales, client acquisition, and account expansion. You will lead business development strategies, engage with senior stakeholders, and oversee the successful delivery of client projects which include high-profile industry events and investment marketing programmes.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities & strategic partnerships
  • Develop and implement sponsorship sales strategies
  • Manage & expand relationships with existing high-profile clients
  • Represent the company at industry events & conferences
  • Oversee project delivery for sponsors & partners
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine business development strategy
  • Monitor industry trends to drive sales and marketing success

What You Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong commercial awareness and a track record of driving revenue growth
  • Excellent negotiation & communication skills at senior levels
  • Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to write persuasive sales proposals & marketing content
  • Proficiency in CRM systems & data-driven sales strategies
  • Experience in property, real estate, economic development, or events (a plus!)
