Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 + £5,000 - £10,000 bonus
Benefits: Fully expensed hybrid or electric company car OR £5800 - £7500 car allowance + full benefits package
The role of the Business Development Manager Aluminium Cladding & Decking Systems will involve:
Field sales position selling a high quality range of aluminium cladding decking systems for balconies in the high rise sector
Majority of your time will be spent selling directly to housebuilders, developers, main contractors, balcony fabricators and deck fitting contractors
The remaining portion of your time will be spent influencing and generating specifications with architects, consultants and specifiers
Turnover target will be set depending on your experience
Average order value can vary from anything from £20k-£250k+
Typical project would include: high rise office space, residential high rise or block of flats / apartments
The ideal applicant will be an Business Development Manager Aluminium Cladding & Decking Systems with:
Must have sold a technical related product such as: aluminium decking, balconies, cladding, timber frame, off site modular, roofing systems, rain screen, solar shading, glazing systems, insulation, facades etc
Must have sold to either main contractors or housebuilders / developers
Would consider an architect specification led sales professional
Ideally from the aluminium decking market place however not essential
Must have sold to main contractors and housebuilders / developers
Ideally sold architects and specifiers with CPD experience (not essential)
Project led with an ability to think laterally
Technically capable, ability to assist with designing solutions to clients needs
