Nursery Nurse
An opportunity has arisen for a Nursery Nurse at an independent childrens day nursery in Croydon.
You will be joining an Ofsted outstanding nursery setting in a role which offers support, development and progression opportunities, a starting salary of £12.00 - £14.50 per hour negotiable depending on experience.
Position Details
Your role will include:
- Working as part of a team to provide an enabling environment in which children can play, learn and develop
- Preparing and delivering activities in accordance with the EYFS
- Observing, supporting and extending childrens learning
- Creating individual learning journey records and evaluating key childrens learning and development progress.
You will ideally have:
- A level 2 or 3 Nursery Practitioner qualification such as NVQ, NNEB, CACHE or recognised equivalent
- A good understanding and working knowledge of the EYFS framework
- Experience as a key worker within an early years setting is desirable but not essential
- Good organisational skills
