Your Role:
As a Nursery room leader, you'll lead and inspire your team to provide the highest standard of care and learning for children aged 0-2 years. You'll be responsible for creating a safe, stimulating environment that supports each child's development and well-being.
What We're Looking For:
- Childcare qualification
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Enthusiastic about child development and early years education.
- Strong team management and organisational skills.
