Are you a driven and experienced leader looking to make a difference in the lives of children and young people with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD)? Our client is seeking a dynamic Registered Manager to lead their brand-new 5-bed EBD children's service in Croydon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for children and young people within the home.
  • Lead and develop a dedicated team, fostering a positive culture of learning and excellence.
  • Manage the daily operations of the home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and other regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and oversee care plans that support the individual needs of each child.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, including social services and families.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial role within a children's residential setting.
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management (or equivalent).
  • Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and experience managing EBD services.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
