We are looking to recruit a nursery manager for one of our fantastic nurseries based in Whiteley.

Salary : to £34,000 - £40,000 per annum

Location : Croydon

Hours : 40 hours over Monday to Friday

We are looking for someone who can:

Lead a team of nursery staff to ensure the highest standards of education and care are at the forefront of everything you do and all children receive a stimulating experience appropriate for their age and stage of development
Work with higher management to ensure the nursery is running in the best way it can and share common goals of any improvement
Maintain a stimulating environment for the children in the nursery setting
Make sure all compliance and legal ratios are met at all times
Motivating and monitoring the team to identify any additional training or support that may need to be given to staff
Interviewing and inducting all new staff joining the setting
Facilitate Ofsted inspection and any safeguarding matters
Be responsible for all administration duties associated with the nursery

The person we are looking for will:

Hold a level 3 qualification or above within early years
Ideally have previous nursery management experience
Have excellent knowledge of EYFS guidelines
Hold 2 years’ experience of leading a team
