The Role:
As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will play a key role in the Civils/Structural team, working on a variety of structures including bridges, tunnels, stations, and buildings, using materials such as concrete, steel, timber, and masonry. With 70% of projects in the rail sector, experience in rail-related infrastructure is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing engineering design for large-scale infrastructure projects
- Overseeing multidisciplinary teams and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
- Developing conceptual designs and producing engineering reports
- Managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful delivery
- Engaging with clients, securing new business, and driving innovation
- Mentoring and supporting senior engineers
- Representing the company at industry events and contributing to technical publications
What We're Looking For:
- Rail infrastructure experience is essential
- Strong leadership and technical expertise
