Candidates with good access to the M25 would be well placed for their contracts.Locations of work include: Croydon, Bromley, Sidcup, Orpington, Dartford, Gravesend, Erith, Rainham, Grays, Basildon, Romford, Chigwell, Ilford, Epping, Enfield, Harlow, Hatfield, Welwyn Garden City, Watford, Harpenden, Beaconsfield, Wembley, Slough, Harrow, Windsor, Maidenhead , Bracknell, Twickenham, Weybridge, Mitcham, Epsom, Woking, Redhill.Experience / Qualifications:- Must hold the BOHS P402, P403 & P404 Qualifications (or RSPH equivalent)- Able to undertake the full range of Asbestos Surveys- Air Testing experience, including: 4 Stage Clearance, Personal, Leak and Reassurance- Excellent industry knowledge of HSG and UKAS guidelines- Proficient with IT applications, including TEAMS and the Office suiteThe Role:- Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Asbestos Surveys- Analytical duties, including: airbourne fibre counting, 4 Stage Clearances and Personal, Leak, Clearance, Reassurance and Background Air Testing- Writing thorough technical reports for Clients and internal company purposes- Supervising Asbestos Operatives on site and overseeing projects- Ensuring a high level of service is deliveredAlternative job titles: Asbestos Consultant, Asbestos Surveyor, Asbestos Analyst, Dual Analyst, Asbestos Site Analyst, Environmental Consultant.Future Select are the leading market supplier for recruitment in the Asbestos industry; we work with the best clients and candidates and supply the majority of permanent jobs in the asbestos market.
