LB306 - Fire Risk AssessorLocation: South LondonSalary: £50,000 + Company Vehicles First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Fire Risk Assessor on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration:Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry out suitable and sufficient fire risk assessments recording all significant findings using the app.
  • Carry out quality control processes using the RMS software package.
  • Carry out comprehensive fire door inspections at a range of client sites.
  • Manage own time and travel to ensure work commitments are achieved.
  • Communicate effectively with management team to enable effective time and workload management.
  • Complete all company required administration such as expenses, mileage and leave requests in a timely and effective manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Level 3 fire safety qualification or equivalent.
  • Ability to use a smart phone application.
  • Basic IT literacy skills.
  • Good standard of written English to enable report writing.
  • Smart presentable appearance.
  • Full British driving licence.
  • Third party accreditation with industry recognised body i.e., IFE, IFSM, FPA.
  • Fire door inspection qualification i.e., C&G.
