What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Inspire: Drive performance across client services, ensuring seamless execution of campaigns while fostering a high-performance culture.
• Be Present & Visible: Work onsite at least three days a week, engaging with teams and clients to provide hands-on leadership.
• Client Leadership: Build and nurture relationships at the highest levels, ensuring client satisfaction, growth, and retention.
• Strategic Commercial Oversight: Drive profitability and identify opportunities for business expansion within existing and new client portfolios.
• Stakeholder Management: Confidently manage up, collaborating with senior leadership and influencing key business decisions.
